Storks & Such Signs
RENTAL POLICIES:
1. Missing or damaged lawn signs will be invoiced to customer for the appropriate amount.
2. We do ask that you take pride in your lawn signs, and treat it with respect. Please do not move the
items.
Due to safety concerns, please do not allow anyone to play on the lawn display items.
3. If for some reason, you would prefer to have your sign taken down earlier than the scheduled time,
please
call our office at 281-859-2930 and we will make all attempts to pick it up early.
4. Please protect our sign from any damage that might be caused during rental due to flying debris
from
lawn mowers, etc.
5. All personal checks returned by your bank will incur a $30.00 non-sufficient funds fee. If payment
cannot
be received within 5 business days upon Storks & Such Signs contacting you, a collection letter will be
sent
along with an additional $50.00 collection fee.
6. Storks & Such Signs and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage
that may
be caused to any person or personal property during the rental.
REFUND POLICY:
1. In the event of inclement weather, we will not be able to set up any lawn displays. If this occurs, we
will refund
the full rental price or allow extra days for rental. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms,
hurricanes, heavy rain, high wind and any other Act of God that would put us or our signs in danger.
2. No Refunds will be given due to the home owner requesting us to remove the sign.
3. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. There will be an extra
charge of
$35.00 if we make an extra trip.
4. No Refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the sign that are out of
our control.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY:
Storks & Such Signs respects your privacy. We do not sell our clients personal information to third
parties, or perform unwanted solicitations.

- Birthday/Heart Sign - $65.00
- Extra Bundle - $20.00
